Healthy Banana Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:
2 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk 
1 scoop protein powder 
1/2 small banana
3/4 tbsp cinnamon 
2 egg whites

Optional:
fruit 
low fat yogurt 
maple syrup 

Tools: 
pan 
spatula 
fork 
medium size bowl

Instructions:
place banana into bowl and mash with fork
add in eggs, cinnamon, protein powder and stir 
slowly add in almond milk while stirring 
turn on stove to medium high heat
pour batter onto pan until forming a big enough circle to your liking
cook each side for about 3 minutes or until light brown color
serve with fruit, low fat yogurt or organic maple syrup 
and ENJOY!
