Fast and Easy Hummus Dip- Only 10 minutes!

Ingredients:
15 oz of chickpeas/garbanzo beans 
1 lemon 
1 medium size garlic clove 
1 tablespoon of olive oil 
1 teaspoon of salt 
1/4 cup of water 
1/4 cup of tahini 
Optional:
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of cumin
Tools:
Blender or Food Processor 
Knife
Strainer 
Directions:
Drain and rinse garbanzo beans over sink 
Pour drained garbanzo beans, water, tahini and garlic clove into blender 
Begin blending until smooth 
Cut lemon in half 
Squeeze both lemon halves into blender 
Pour olive oil into blender 
Pour salt into blender 
Blend until throughly mixed 
Serve with whole wheat pita bread or vegetables of choice
Enjoy!
