Skinny Shrimp Salad

Prep time: 10 Minutes
Make time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:  
2 Limes, juiced
Cracked Black Pepper (to taste)
Himalayan or Sea Salt (to taste)
½ cup Cilantro
1/2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Avocados
3 tablespoons of almond milk
1/2 of a cucumber
1 tomato
1/2 cup of shredded carrots
1/2 tablespoon of your favorite seasoning
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 1/2 cups of lettuce
6 large shrimp

Tools:
Blender
Knife
Spatula
Pan

Instructions:
1. Pit both avocados and scoop avocados into blender
2. Combine lime juice, pepper, sea salt, cilantro, apple cider vinegar, almond milk with avocado into blender and blend until smooth.
3. Store in container and refrigerate until ready to use
4. Cut ends off of shrimp and clean
5. Sprinkle a tablespoon of olive oil onto pan and turn on low heat
6. Place shrimp onto pan
7. Add your favorite seasoning
8. Cook shrimp for 3 minutes and 30 seconds on each side or until cooked all the way through
9. Wash all of your vegetables under running water
10. Dice tomato  
11. Slice cucumber
12. Combine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, shredded carrots and shrimp all in a bowl
13. Then drizzle on your dressing and ENJOY!!!
