Get crunching with these all natural, healthy yet so flavorful "chips"! Perfect for snack time, and there is no way you can just eat one!
Prep time: 2 minutes Make time: 9 minutes Total time: 12 minutes Servings: 1
Ingredients 2 Cups of chopped Kale 1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
Tools: Oven Safe Tray Parchment Paper
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2. Line the parchment paper to the oven safe tray. Set Aside. 3. If you are chopping your kale, remove any large thick stems and place the kale without stems on the oven safe tray. If your kale comes already chopped, all stems have been removed. 4. When finished removing the stems, drizzle the extra virgin olive oil on top of kale evenly. 5. Sprinkle sea salt evenly on kale then place in the oven and let them bake for 9 minutes.
6. At 7 minutes check on them, their edges should start turning brown with a crisp texture. Be careful not to burn the chips as they burn easily.
7. When finished take them out and let them cool for 1 minute, then enjoy!
