This guilt free dessert is not only good for you but it is also delicious! This dessert is high in fiber and protein. It also supplies much-needed iron and folate to the body! Folate is a B vitamin that may help with pregnancy, fertility and heart disease!
1 1/2 cups of Organic Black Beans (15 oz canned)
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2.5 tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil
1/3 cup almond milk
1.5 tablespoons of stevia
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of arrowroot powder
1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips (preferably sweetened with stevia)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
cooking spray/ Canola Oil/ Olive Oil
Coconut Whip Cream
Pre heat oven to 320 degrees
Drain and strain your black beans
Place in your blender the following:
Organic Black beans, Organic Coconut oil, Almond milk, Organic Eggs and Vanilla extract
Blend until all wet ingredients are thoroughly mixed
Add to your blender and wet mix, the following:
Coconut flour, cocoa powder, stevia, arrow root powder and cinnamon
Blend all ingredients until completely mixed.
Prepare your pan by lightly coating it with your favorite oil
Press your batter into your greased baking pan
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the brownie batter
Once your timer goes off stick a fork or tooth pick into the mix to make sure it is thoroughly cooked through out!
We recommend topping your brownies with Coconut Whipped Cream or a drizzle of peanut butter
