This quick and simple soup will only take you 15 minutes to make! It is a great dish to have for lunch, dinner or even for a snack! The vegetables in this low calorie soup will help to provide many nutrients that your body needs on daily basis like vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber! Not to mention it is absolutely delicious!

5 Florets of Broccoli
2 Pieces of Celery Stalk
1/4 Cup of Shredded Carrots
1/2 of an Onion
1/4 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Complete Seasoning
3 Cups of Vegetable Broth
3 Cups of Water
1 Large Pot
Preheat top stove to medium-high heat and place large pot, add in your 3 cups of vegetable broth and 3 cups of water.
Puree 1/2 of an onion, 5 florets of broccoli and 2 stalks of celery all together
Add in your pureed onions, broccoli and celery as well as your 1/4 cup of shredded carrots to your pot of broth, boil for 10 minutes then lower heat to medium-low.
Add in 1 tablespoon of all purpose seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper into your soup, stir thoroughly.
When finished, serve and enjoy!
