We are excited to share with you our Baked Chicken recipe! This dish is great to make for lunch or dinner! Chicken is packed with protein and iron which will help to promote a healthy diet!

Total Time: 30-35 Minutes
3 Chicken Breasts (Preferably organic)
1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil (Preferably organic)
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (Not Garlic Salt)
1 teaspoon of Onion Powder (Not Onion Salt)
1 teaspoon of Sea Salt (Himalayan or Celtic)
half teaspoon of Dried Parsley
half teaspoon of Dried Oregano
1/4 teaspoon of Cumin Powder
Instructions: Turn on oven at 370° so that it begins to heat Remove chicken breasts from wrapping. Rinse chicken in sink with water (or vinegar) to prepare for baking Slice chicken breasts in half so that they are thinner Wrap oven-safe tray with aluminum foil Drizzle the 1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil over all 6 chicken breasts, be sure to rub the oil into each side Combine Garlic, Onion, Sea Salt, Parsley, Oregano, Cumin and Cayenne in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle half of the mixed seasonings over chicken breasts Turn chicken breasts over and sprinkle the other half of the seasoning on the other side. Rub the seasonings to ensure an even distribution on each breast. When the oven is pre-heated at 370°, place tray of chicken into the middle rack. Bake at 370° for 15-25 minutes, flip on other side after 15 minutes. (watch carefully after the 15 minute mark) Continue baking until chicken is cooked through completely (no pink, should not be chewy) Cut and check the thickest chicken and make sure that it is completely white through out. Slightly pink meat may not be cooked through completely and can be dangerous to eat. When chicken is completely cooked through out, remove and let cool!
Store in refrigerator or serve immediately! Enjoy!
